Chateau Riverside

Wir wurden vom Vermieter ( Sunny ) sehr herzlich empfangen. Er zeigte uns sofort einen großen Plan der direkten Umgebung und gab uns wertvolle Ausflugs- und Restauranttips .

Spacious and secure. Good coffee machine.

Balcony was dirty and dusty.

Nice and spacious suite. Great bathrooms. Kind host. Parking ok. Beautiful little river behind

The toilet kept flushing

Aan de rivier, 25 minuten lopen van het centrum, speeltuin om de hoek, vlakbij waterval. Leuk restaurantje/bar in de buurt.

Vieze handdoeken van de vorige gast lagen nog in de badkamer, badmat was ook nog nat, muffe kamer, vaat niet opgeruimd, stinkende wasmachine, het bed stonk naar zweet, alsof het niet was schoongemaakt. Het personeel benadrukte meteen dat als het niet opgeruimd was je daarvoor moest betalen en dat het na 9 uur stil moest zijn.

Beautiful location and brilliant information before booking from Sunny. There was a lovely walk on the other side of the river by doing a right outside the property and walking over the bridge. Had everything we needed except for a cafeteria only coffee pod machine.

What started off as great communication with Sunny (who may have been on holiday?) went a bit wrong for us having only WiFi…our daughter who lives in Canada luckily had her phone. This meant we were able to contact the number on the office door (left for someone else) for check in. Not sure what we would have done otherwise!
