Midigama Holiday Inn

Hansi and all hotel staff make your holidays great. The hotel is located in the best area we found to surf, very close to lots of peaks. You can go walking to lazy left, lazy right or rams. Bedrooms are spacious, cold nice showers in the garden and lot of facilities as a room locker for surfboards, motorbike rentals , drivers, etc Definitely, I will go back.

Value for money, great location, nice room, comfortable bed, cute grounds, lovely and accommodating staff.

No breakfast as the kitchen is being renovated and no daily room cleaning was carried out.

We stayed in for 5 nights, we loved the ubication near a lot of surf spots and some good restaurants. The room was clean, big and modern, with A/C and little frige. The shower works good.

During our stage we detected some insects in the room and in the bed too, when we said to the hotel they cleaned well the room but we continued detecting some of them in the floor during all of our stay. Also, we asked about the possibility of getting breakfast or dinner in the hotel, they said it could be possible in one or two days but finally they didn't say to us anything about that during the rest of our stay.

Beautiful hotel, the nicest place I have stayed in Sri Lanka. Very quiet and clean with great, kind hosts. Any time there was a logistical thing that needed attention, they were quick to address it. Exactly what I was looking for and would stay again!

My wife and I had the most wonderful stay here to celebrate our 1-year wedding anniversary. The guesthouse is run by an incredibly warm and welcoming local family who made sure every detail was perfect. The rooms were spotlessly clean, comfortable, and air-conditioned, providing the perfect retreat after exploring the area. The location itself is stunning, with beautiful greenery all around, and we loved watching the monkeys in the surrounding trees. This place truly felt like a home away from home, and we can’t wait to come back. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Midigama!

Lovely accomodation and very friendly owners! The room was clean, comfortable and very spacious. Peaceful and quiet area about a 500 metre walk from the Midigama beach. Lush surrounds tucked into some trees, we even saw some monkeys one morning! Very good vibes and proper Sri Lanka hospitality here.
