Colazione ricca, posizione ottima, arredamento e dimensione dei locali molto ben studiati. La camera è risultata molto silenziosa anche dormendo con le finestre aperte.

"Bella struttura vicino al centro"

Struttura pulita, spazi ampi, vicinissima al centro e con possibilità di parcheggio gratuito nelle vicinanze. Buona colazione dolce. Proprietari disponibili e gentilissimi.

Il rumore del traffico (le finestre della nostra camera e del bagno davano sulla strada). Biancheria un po' vecchia.

La posizione veramente strategica: vicinissimo al centro, comodo per raggiungere in macchina i luoghi di escursione, possibilità di parcheggio gratuito nelle vicinanze della struttura. Colazione dolce fai da te con varie possibilità di scelta.

Proprietario molto gentile ed esaustivo durante i contatti telefonici e WhatsApp, ma non lo abbiamo mai visto. Anche il check-in è stato fatto con invio foto dei documenti tramite WhatsApp. Pulizia e sistemazione della camera e del letto a carico di chi soggiorna, senza però avere a disposizione gli strumenti per farlo (scopa, cassetta, ecc).

La posizione è ottima sia per visitare Sulmona (siamo al limite del centro storico) che per fare escursioni ai parchi. Camera e bagno sono ampi e comodi. Colazione self service buona e abbondante.

Come suggerimento, la colazione dovrebbe prevedere qualcosa di più di salato.

Posizione perfetta, a pochi passi dal centro di Sulmona che anch'esso bello e suggestivo. Pulizia, camera e pernotto davvero impeccabili, ringraziamo immensamente.

Super Lage, bequeme Betten, schöne Räumlichkeiten in guter Größe. Alles sehr sauber! Der Kontakt fand über Nachrichten statt und das Einchecken über eine Schlüsselbox. Das hat super funktioniert. Klimaanlage vorhanden. Das Frühstück fand in Selbstbedienung statt, es gab einige Lebensmittel, die frei zugänglich waren (Marmeladen, Obst, Joghurt, Kaffee, Tee,...)

Das Frühstücksangebot hat den Fokus auf "süß". Käse o.ä. müsste selber besorgt werden. Es gab kein frisches Brot, sondern Kuchen oder Zwieback. Das hätte ich mir etwas anders gewünscht, ist aber natürlich Geschmackssache und ich bin auch so satt geworden :-)
