Great place to spend precious moments and capture memories with family and friends! Maayo Hotel exceeded our expectations. We came from Houston and tired from a very long plane ride and we were welcomed by Wennie at the front desk. She checked us in smoothly! Angel also helped us with our accommodations on the second shift. They both served us with a smile! The hotel design is picture perfect! The resort pool is beautiful. The entire crew are super friendly and so kind and sincere. We felt right at home. Our 10 day stay is amazing! We are coming back! Everyday at breakfast, we are greeted by the first shift crew supervisor Manfred along with his team Jay, Ryan, chef Roel who made the best tomato soup. Chef Danilo and chef RJ are simply amazing, made the best sisig and chop suey! At lunch time, we get our food service from Jay, Francis, Regirl, Arvie, James, Clayford, Paul, Jay and Wilmar. Jay makes the best Margaritas! Wilmar makes the best Bahama Mama! Shuttle service to the pool area is always available, Casiano and Virgilio are always there to ensure we get our rides and not to be walking. He always checked on us and offer a ride to avoid the severe heat outside. Coming from Houston, the temp is not that different, we prefer walking. Yes Houston is hot and humid. Thanks also to the housekeepers who always checked on us if we need cleaning service. Thank you Kearn, Juabert and Rhodil. You are all very hardworking. On our last day, had to check out really early, Jay and Manfred made sure we get our breakfast ordered and ready by 5:00AM. Manfred came and delivered our to go boxes! Thank you Jovelyn for carrying my luggages outside as our driver was already waiting! From checking in to checking out, Maayo Hotel maintained the high quality service! Thank You!

Loved all of the venue.

Staff was great, pool was great and the view nice. However, for a foreigner this is not the place to go. The rooms were terrible. Your room is in a three-story building and anytime anyone in the building opens or shuts a door or walks around in their room you can hear it like a drum throughout the whole property making it hard to sleep. Also, anytime they’re dropping off passengers you can hear the reverse beeping of the shuttle. The walls are paper thin so you can hear your neighbor talking and WORSE of all the bed is a little mat on top of a boxspring. Literally feels like you’re sleeping on the floor The floor outside my bathroom was on the third floor was starting to cave in. So the construction is very very cheap. Did not sleep at all Definitely not a luxury hotel.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great pool and pool area. Restaurant food was very good. This was our second stay here. Only two negatives during our one week stay: Breakfast at the cafe was the same every morning and the walls were not sound proof enough.

Bed was comfy. Staff were all friendly and accommodating. Food was delicious. The pool was very clean.

It’s not something I dislike but just a suggestion to maybe have a mini ref in the room. My mom needs to inject insulin each night and it has to be kept in a low temp place.
