"原在預定住宿時間時，需要先輸入信用卡卡號及金額，因完成登記後，被通知我的請求被拒絕，所以就我們認為登記不成立，會主動退款給我，結果當日下午四點多卻打電話問我何時可以進住，也告訴我如不進住要上系統退房，結果上系統退房卻不退款，有被欺騙的感覺，"
