Hotel Pompei Be Green

We were changed last min because there was a water leak which can’t be repaired.. this was a 4* hotel. We were changed to a 3* hotel.. no WiFi unless you were standing directly under the rooter. Said several times. Eventually moved us.

Clean but bed was very hard and only 1 pillow- too thick. Breakfast was very sparse and plain, mostly desserts. Would rather buy a breakfast for the $$

I enjoyed my stay there, quiet, friendly and easy. I wish the breakfast had a little more selections.

I liked the way the hotel looked from outside. Clean, modern and well documented. Common areas are pretty. Pleasant staff. I didn’t like the bathroom, old shower head, faded painted walls, the pressure of the showers is also poor. No complimentary water on a hot summer day. I booked for 2 people but was only given one set of towel. We arrived at past 9pm so no one in reception. Breakfast very basic. Overall ok, for the price we paid i guess.

Beautiful place although no English understanding. Had trouble communicating and getting directions. We were able to leave our luggage there and walk to the ruins.

Hidden gem. It was beautiful and close to main city centre without being to close to the noise. We took taxi from train to hotel and were taken for 30€ . It was 2 km drive. We could have taken the bus for much less. Walking distance to ruins. Note that my daughter did speak Italian and could understand comments made about our coffee choice.

Overall a nice property. Good to have parking available. The only negative I can say is the bed was not comfortable and pillows flat.

We spent one night after seeing Pompeii. The location was great. There was a great pizza place close by.

Hard to fall asleep street was very noisy and room was hot.

I’d stay here again.
