"An ideal address in the centre of Siena."

A very small hotel, or rather 3 smallish rooms and a communal living area. Hamza looks after the property with amazing skill and although he is not always on the premises, it is easy to contact him by phone. The address is perfect for Siena and within less than a minute to the 'Campo' — the centre. I received excellent advice on restaurants, dolci, outings etc. The wi-fi is perfect, it is spotlessly clean, the beds and bedding are amazingly comfortable, and there is a lift. Coffee and tea is always available.

Wonderful location close to the Piazza del Campo and Duomo di Siena. Owner of the property was incredibly helpful in answering questions, arraigning a taxi, making recommendations for restaurants.

Nothing to do with the property, but Siena is a very hilly place, so be prepared for some vigorous walking.

"Ideal location and accommodation which added great value to our short visit to Siena."

No breakfast included. Location was perfect. Hamza, the owner, could not have been more helpful. Internal lift was excellent providing easy access to the second floor.

Room size could have been a little bit bigger but I may be being a little too critical. Nothing .
