The location was great, but what was even better was Hamza’s hospitality! We forgot to leave our keys during checkout and he reminded it to us later on & was super understanding

We absolutely loved everything about our stay at Palazzo del Papa. Hazma was extremely kind and offered an incredible stay in a stunning apartment. The bed was soft and warm and we slept so deeply and woke feeling well rested. We were close to the town centre which was so beautiful.the property was clean and exceptionally presented. A+

Beautiful property in the most perfect location in the heart of Siena. The rooms are well appointed and pristinely clean. Our wonderful host Hamza was so welcoming and happy to impart his local knowledge and recommendations. We feel very lucky to have found this complete gem.

Everything was perfect … especially Hamza .. the only problem is that he spoiled us so for the rest of our lives we won’t have anyone host us as well

This beautiful guest house deserves a 10++ review! Our room overlooked the street which was quiet and a very short walk to Piazza Del Campo. Whilst it wasn’t a huge room it was more than adequate given we were out all day and really just needed a bed to sleep in! Everything about Palazzo Del Papa was perfect, from the beautifully appointed rooms, historic building and the perfect location to the exceptional attention of the manager Hamza. He went out of his way to ensure we had a comfortable stay and was a great source of information about what to see and do in Siena. His best advice was to catch the bus from Siena to Rome, not the train! It was quicker and way cheaper to travel by bus. Thanks for the recommendation Hamza. We will certainly recommend Palazzo del Papa to family and friends. Couldn’t fault the place!

Not that we didn’t like the bathroom, it suited us perfectly, but, yes, it was a little compact.

We loved that it was a historic building and that it was so close to everything.it was exceptional clean. Our host was extremely friendly & helpful.I would highly recommend this hotel.
