The rooms were spacious and the location was great, but the shower area was uncomfortable because there was no place to mount the shower head.

The whole facility was very comfortable, the room was big and silent, and the bed was very comfortable. Location is nice you have everything you need and the private parking is a plus. The spa terme close to the hotel is free for the hotel customers.

The internal swimming pool was too cold. Breakfast could be improved.

The hotel and location are fabulous. Located on the outskirts of Sarajevo in a quiet park area next to the river. Good facilities on site and really close to several other good restaurants and bars in Ilidza.

Hotel je jako lijep i dobro ureden.

Tus u sobi je bilo jako tesko za prebaciti sa slavine ma slusalicu, zenska osoba uz musku pomoc nikad nebi uspjela. Treba malo vise poraditi na cistoci hotela.

La cena del restaurante.

Fui a celebrar mi 40 cumpleaños. Fue decepcionante, el agua de la piscina estaba fría, la sauna y el baño turco apagados. Reserve un masaje para el día siguiente y por la noche me dijeron que no podría ser porque se había equivocado en la anotación de las reservas, lo cual era mentira ya que fuimos y no había nadie ni recibiendo ni haciendo masajes. Pedimos unas almohadas extras y nos la dieron sin funda. Y el agua de la ducha salía fría Hicimos llegar todo esto y la respuesta la hemos tenido cuando ya nos habíamos marchado. El desayuno no tiene calidad para ser un 5 estrellas.
