I only spent a night with my family of five (5) but I wish I had more nights. The facility is very friendly and there is so much to do and enjoy as a family. I really like the room and bed positions because there is privacy for everyone even though it is one room.

The property is located easy access to downtown Arhus in beautiful park like surroundings with biking / walking trails throughout the forests. The breakfasts are very nicely done. I highly recommend the location.

A bottle of wine was accidently dropped on the tile floor, we tried to clean it up but there were no cleaning supplies in the unit so we immediately called the hosts to borrow a mop. They came to the door and Martin started chastising my husband for “his carelessness” and verbally attacking us for calling them and not knocking on their door. We had no idea they lived onsite since it was never communicated, and we rarely saw them around the property. They insisted the wine had irreversibly damaged the tiles, and the unit would need to be shut down for over a week to refinish the tiles in the area. They called/texted seeking damages for the floor; we were out all day and knocked on door after 9 pm insisting payment of 10,000 k to replace the tiles - it went from sealing to replacing the tiles. They were aggressive, would not go away, and wanted money before we checked out the next day. After this verbal tirade, my husband paid 3000 k to make the situation go away. We were without sleep, stressed out and extremely shocked and upset to be experiencing this on our holiday. If tiles had been properly maintained/sealed this would be a non issue, they had not been properly maintained. The tiles were not smashed. ----------------- RESPONSE TO MARTIN---------------- We drove to Skagen and Alberg that day, and had just returned back. My husband is 73 years old, rarely drinks and NEVER while driving. He was tired and NOT DRUNK! You should be ashamed of yourself for this false accusation; yet your response aligns to what I said earlier, you jump to blaming your guests, when they say something that you don’t like. Get your facts straight instead of jumping to conclusions. We inadvertently dropped a bottle of UNOPENED wine. We were proactive in cleaning up the spill but had to contact you due to how poorly outfitted the property is. Book with these hosts with caution.

Eeverything was perfect!

Very charming place. Big, comfortable beds, loved that we had a full kitchen and parking right in front. They even will do your laundry for a minimal fee
