Given the price point, location and overall quality, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place. It is not a 5 star hotel by any means, so do not expect that, but overall is very good. On the down side, breakfast is not very good, specially compared to other similar (or lower) hotels, but acceptable.

Super mooi hotel met moderne inrichting. Ligt Super centraal. Veel winkels in de buurt. Ulu moskee op loopafstand. Personeel Super vriendelijk. Willen altijd helpen. Zynep heeft ons enorm goed geholpen. Een meneer waarvan ik helaas de naam niet weet heeft zelfs voor ons gebeld naar een hotel in Termal.

Family Room was also didn’t have extra pillow . bed room & living room lights have one switch . 3 glass of water was complimentary for 2 person to consume in 24 hrs .

We stayed in this hotel for a week. It was very pleasant stay at that hotel. The room was huge, modern furniture with TV, fridge, iron, hairdryer and a daily housekeeping. Receptionist speak English fluently and they offer help with all aspects. The breakfast was adequate and freshly made, but there was no cereal. Additionally, the location of the hotel is great. It locates at the city centre with walking distance to many authentic restaurants, shopping centres, markets, Bursa museum and Osmangazi tomb. Bursa cable car on Uludag mountain can be reached by taxi 20TL fee from the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel.

It was an amazing experience, the room is very cozy and comfortable, the services are great, the complimentary breakfast was good too, the amenities offered are great, and there are English speakers at the reception so if you're a foreigner you will not have any problem at all! It's a central location so you can easily go to nearby tourist sites. Highly recommended!

Clean, comfortable and close to attractions. Breakfast could be improved. Breakfast area not so inviting!
