Siemreap City Residence

1) The room was very clean. 2) The owner was nice and tried but could meet the expectations as promised in the listing (such as breakfast!).

1) 2) This location FAILED to PROVIDE breakfast despite the fact that it was included in the booking >>> very disappointing indeed. 2) Misrepresentation in listing of this property regarding the facilities available: >>> Microwave / Hot plate / Kitchen facilities were not available in the room as appeared in the listing but were there in a "shared location". So was cloth washer, dryer and a host of other things. They all should have been listed as "shared" facilities. >>> Microwave was very dirty, so were kitchen utensils etc. It appeared that they were not used frequently and were very dusty etc. >>> The property was basically managed remotely as no support staff was available on the premises. I had to contact the owner on WhatsApp to request for fresh towels, water bottles, room cleaning etc. In all fairness, the owner was responsive and tried to address such requests but with some delay.

今、コロナでお客さんがいなく、予約したことを確認していなかったようですが、即急に対応してくれました。特に受付の女性はとても親切ですぐに色々対応してくれて助かったです。

市街地からは少し距離があります、パブストリートからツゥクツゥクで10分ほどです。＄1～2程度 距離以外の不便は全く感じなかったですが、ホテル周辺の道路が舗装されていないので、砂ぼこりは浴びます。 特筆すべきはスタッフのhospitalityには感激しました。初めて滞在する際は観光や移動のアレンジをスタッフに相談すると親切に良心的な対応を受け取ることができます。 立地や設備の点から最高の評価はできませんが、費用を節約する際のかなり優れた選択肢になりえるホテルです。

日本語が通じます。遺跡巡りの手配もしてくれます。自転車を借りられるので、広いオールドマーケットも楽に回れます。
