The beds and pillows were great. Very comfortable and had really good sleep.

On arrival, the staff had no idea of our booking. They asked us to pay even though it had already been paid There was no hot water for showering. Once we located a contact number - they did come down to see the problem. Solution was to have us shower in another room. No information in the room (eg wifi details/ restaurants etc)
