Oskar Hotel

Nice hotel, basic but clean and friendly staff. Shower only in our double room, always had hot water and the shower had good power. We had room only no breakfast, which can be provided, they also have a coin operated coffee machine in the lobby. Room was cleaned everyday with fresh towels provided. Kettle in room, with tea & coffee provided (no milk) and Hair Dryer in bathroom. Beds where comfortable, but better pillows would be nice, but the price reflects this TV in room, french only, but you can switch the language to original voices (if ameriacan or english etc) Near the hotel is lots of cafes, bars and take out food places, I would recomemm visiting the roof top bar in the near by Novotel (at the train station) Annemasse is a great town if you are touring around the local area, well connected by trains to geneve, anncey and chamoix areas.

Bonjour Notre court séjour a été bousculé car une personne a fumé toute la soirée à la fenêtre dans le couloir ce qui était très désagréable. A 11h15 pour le ménage la personne a été assez insistante nous étions presque prêts. Le jour dans la chambre malgré les rideaux nous a beaucoup dérangé aussi. Merci pour votre compréhension lors de l'enregistrement. La personne a été très agréable.

Bin erst um 04h00 morgens angekommen. Obwohl ich die versprochene E-Mail mit den Zugangsdaten, um in mein Zimmer nach 19h00 zu gelangen nicht erhalten habe, hat mir jemand sofort geholfen, die Codes zu bekommen. Falls Sie dahin übernachten mit dem Auto, unbedingt ein Parkplatz reservieren. Das Hotel hat nur 3 Parkplätze und das Hotel ist mitten in der Stadt.

Central Location and relatively quiet. Friendly staff. Breakfast location was crowded.

We had a great time. Place was exceptionally clean and staff went out of their way to make you feel at home

La situation de l'hôtel au coeur de la ville est pratique. Les chambres sont assez petites. Mais propres. La literie est bonne. Le petit dejeuner nest pas formidable et ne justifie pas le prix facturé. Dans l'ensemble 7/10 pour ma part.

Had such a lovely stay. Staff were kind and attentive, room was clean and well looked after every day. Couldn’t recommend this hotel as a base more!

Pluses: - Friendly staff who helps as much as they can with small requests - Clean, quiet, air-condition Minuses: - Crammed bathroom - did not refill our soap - biggest one - wifi was unreliable and was completely out for the last 24 hours, plus I found my cell service from a local provider also did not work well at the hotel

Friendly staff. Well kept rooms. Nice breakfast. Great value. Would highly recommend.
