The management is horrible..U walk into office got blasted with pot smoke. The smoking in the rooms got thr fire Dept called at 1030 at night. Then the management got fired told us to not ask for anything else the rest of my stay. I had no towels no toilet paper had to buy my own. I paid 900 for 10days its appalling. The heating unit was so loud when it came on then in the middle of the night went from heat to freezing cold. I feel I should have money back for I had to supply my own toilet paper and towels when I paid over 900. This was the worst place to stay.

Poor communication, never answers their phone. Reception is not friendly and I still haven't received my refund.

The mattress was unacceptable and the heat was broken, which is a violation of OSHA. I’m considering calling Massachusetts OSHA and reporting this.
