Broadbeach on the park 2-Bedroom

Location was great. After all the hassle i was greeted with another key.

Collecting the keys was a mammoth task. I was told it was Seven Eleven (apparently old information) but it was a total different store. We had two bedrooms...so needed two keys...that was a problem and to not be able to enter until 3pm was disappointing.

Easy access to exhibition centre. Comfortable living areas. Balcony was great. Great location to cafes and restaurants.

The dust was disappointing. I had to clean off a thick layer off a bedside table lamp. I chose to use a pillow from the closet for and the pillow smelt of dust. The air intake vents in both bathrooms were coated in thick dust. One window in the main bedroom has a broken catch. A couple of air con vents were coming away from the wall. Not enough dish washing detergent supplied so having to purchase our own. Only provided with one towel only each for our week stay. Reception staff not always available. I told booking .com that I would be overseas and not able to get emails as no emails on phone. Please send as an sms with directions on how to get the key. They did not answer and i had to follow up when i returned the day before arrival. Difficulty in finding the 7/ 11 to pick up key. I have stayed here a few years before and had no issues.
