Radisson Hotel Oklahoma City Airport

Very good value. We had a king bed and two queen beds for $155 through booking.com. Great value and it was clean. The gym was also great for that price point, three of us actually used it at the same time and weren’t crowded at all.

The shampoo and conditioner were worse than any hotel I’ve ever used before. Nothing much to do around the vacinity but not far from downtown.

The location was convenient and comfortable. We loved the surroundings shops and convenient.

We arrived and have to pay for 3 different reevaluation but on the booking everything was on one bill. Just the fact I have 2 deposit of $150each. Plus issues to get a receipt ( they said the site would be my receipt so they did not give me one and said that I will get it from booking ) I paid them at the property so that was a big deal for me. Also when I paid they told me that I would get a receipt when I check out.

Freindly bus driver even though the mini bus was broken and was not a great impression.

The piped smell in the reception area was so strong. Also breakfast being cooked by the waiter menat it was a long time and poor quality.

My family and I had an early morning flight and I booked this hotel based on reviews and the fact an airport shuttle was provided. However, I don’t know where the other reviewers stayed because it couldn’t have been the same hotel as this. The hotel is tired, in the way that it hasn’t really been maintained. Upon check-in I asked to schedule a shuttle for the next morning (at 5:30a) only to be told their shuttle only runs from 7a - 7p and I would have to find an alternative way there. When I told the lady that the booking site advertised it as ‘free airport shuttle’ with no time restrictions she become upset and said I needed to look at their specific website to find that information. (I also looked at the business card for the airport shuttle and it doesn’t mention any time restrictions) She also said that no airport hotel would run their shuttle that early or late. After asking her to cancel our reservation so I could book elsewhere, she agreed to have a shuttle at 5:30a. The shuttle driver was great! The shuttle itself was very tired and likely not road legal. Duct tape covering the seat belt buckles and a door that wouldn’t open from the outside, with the outside door handle missing. Our room was marginally clean. A pile of hair and dirt behind the door. Stains on the wall and the arm chair. The shower pan appeared to have been painted, maybe due to a leak? The carpet in the hallway hadn’t seen a vacuum in days. The bed appeared clean, so we sucked it up and stayed due to it being almost 9p. But I can tell you that we’ll never stay there again. And by the way, the Avid hotel a short distance from them will shuttle people to and from the airport at all hours with no problems.
