Multan Continental Hotel

The room was amazing. Very clean white sheets and towels, toiletries. Room service was great, decent food. Clean bathroom and everything was working. Good value for money.

The female reception staff member is highly incompetent, and every matter with her ended in a lot of confusion and disappointment. Either she doesn't understand English, or she really doesn't care about guests. Of the 3 times I asked and needed an escort, there was a 1-3hr wait. Despite me making prior arrangements a day before.. 3/3 times disappointed. I confirmed 4times about escort, and then on the 4th time, only then did she call them ....

Location, price, cooperative staff

Breakfast was good but staff was not good specially the person on the counter was very rude and unprofessional. When I asked about that I booked 2 rooms on one floor but he totally refused to give us two rooms on same floor and extra charged for that and said that if you don't want to pay you could cancel this booking. While I drived more than 13 hours from Karachi to Multan.if cancel that it means that I could waste 1/2 more hours in late night. The worst experience. Booking.com should take action against that hotel.

1. Charged extra payment/ day than booked. Paid 25% additional for 3 days. 2. Untrained staff (Receptionist) for hotel management. 3. No proper facilities like blanket or heater in room for cold
