Rooms are a little small in size but clean, The behaviour of the staff is good, Overall a nice place to stay with family

Staff was good. Receptionist lady was modest and cooperative and bear every talk with patience and want to manage everything with cool mind. Breakfast was good 😋

Room locks were out of order. Bed sheets and blanket sheets were torned little bit from different places. Only soap is available shampoo and other kits were not available

Cleanliness was top-notch. It's been a while since I felt this comfortable in a hotel when it comes to hygiene and cleanliness. The room didn't have any foul smells, the AC worked great, and there is also a huge window that you can open for ventilation. The window was a great plus for me as I smoke so I could keep the window a little open to get fresh air at all times. Please know that it can be a bit loud if you open the window. The staff was kind and very helpful. A lot of bang for your buck. I moved here from another hotel that was charging me the same amount but with crap service and dirty rooms.

AC got turned off for a few hours while I was asleep. Turned out that after a routine power cut (Load-shedding) they have to manually start the ACs from their backend but they forgot to do so for my room so I woke up in sweat on my first day. However, the staff apologized and fixed the issue and I never had that problem after that.
