We arrived at the resort with a hotel transfer company which was a forty minute drive and was pleasant enough. We checked in and were offered rooms by the pool as the rooms we were offered were in two separate buildings and we wanted to stay together as a family. The rooms were pleasant enough, fairly clean and comfortable, and were cleaned daily. WiFi was completely rubbish and no connection at all in the rooms. Bottles of water were available on the first day , nothing after that. We had breakfast only included in our booking and it was of average standard. Fairly basic but ok. Staff on the whole were fine but not particularly welcoming and one member of staff was quite rude regarding drinks we had purchased from outside for our trip. Would recommend as a bed and breakfast . Hotel is outdated and needs a refurbishment.

We have travelled widely and found this hotel to be both good and bad in parts. Having read the previous reviews we were quite worried about staying there but it was not as bad as we had anticipated. The sea-view room was fine, although not at all sunny, with some caveats in that we had lots of trouble with the safe during our stay. Having paid for the key ( 10 Euro deposit plus 1 Euro per day). Firstly, we discovered it was an antiquated safe which had no place for the key, then after that we had to call reception 3 times because the safe would not open. They were very good in that they sent a man almost immediately but it did make us less willing to use the safe. Other guests in our party had problems with no hot water and doors not opening/locking. Wifi on the third floor is almost non existent so we had to go downstairs to send and receive emails. Food was good with a wide ranges of different dishes each morning and evening. The pools were good too and it is worth noting that the best wifi is at the larger pool, better than even in the hotel. Would we stay there again - no, but it was fine for the one week.

The hotel is out of the way from the main town so there is nothing else to do in the evenings except stay in the hotel, there is nothing in the immediate vicinity. However, there is a small shop to buy water (essential if you are not used to Northern Cyprus tap water), beers, wines, spirits, snacks, toiletries etc. The hotel is geared more towards young families, so if you are retired and don't mind putting up with loud children, then book, if not, don't go. The hotel is generally tired, but they are making efforts to tidy it up a bit. Our room had recently had a paint rejuvenation, yet I understand other rooms were in need of one. Our house keeper was superb, and looked after us very well. The things in the room that were wrong/dangerous she replaced for us. We had a small balcony, which was opposite a run down block of flats, who also had noisy children. Our view was of a huge date palm right in front of us, it meant no one could over look us on our balcony though. The restaurant has a large choice and is suitable for vegetarians. High chairs are provided for very young children. The hotel has many stray cats which are very well looked after, so if you love cats, it's a good place, but if you don't, or are scared of them, then don't go. The hotel has a free shuttle bus 3 times a day, and if the bus is full, the driver turns right round and back again for the ones who couldn't get on the first time. The "bus" is actually a small road train, quite quaint. The hotel also has a 24/7 Casino - Skull King Casino.

We arrived at the hotel to firstly be given the wrong room after we had paid for a family room. The room we were changed into was an ok room and was ‘clean’ enough. After a few days I woke up in the night to bugs in the bed. I told the receptionist that there are bed bugs and they changed the bed with no option to change rooms. The first night in the new bed seemed ok but a couple nights after there was bugs crawling everywhere. That morning my son was covered in bites. I then complained again showing them pictures and they told me to change rooms immediately. having rushed to change rooms I accidentally left my kindle under the suitcase, when I got back I rang the reception and they met me at the old room and he found my kindle case (with NO kindle in) and he agreed this had been taken and starting ringing staff. He told me to wait until the morning. I was then made out that I was a liar and the staff came and checked my new room by emptying my suitcases to try and find this kindle. After finding nothing in our room obviously as it was stolen.. we was then told to wait this went on for four days repeatedly told to wait as they are asking staff after the four days of us repeatedly going to the front desk and been told sorry no manager is here what thought we could see them for them to finally come and talk to us after we refused to leave…. Lying to there paying customers…we was simple told there’s no evidence and for us to call the police and deal with it as they won’t… absolutely appalling customer service I have never ever in my life been treated so bad for there continuous mistakes and mistreatment of my family .. you couldn’t pay me to stay in this hotel again! Me and my partner and 5 year old left the holiday covered in bites and being accused of lying and not even a sorry from the staff just constantly told to wait and then nothing !!!!!!! Disgusting ! AWFUL HOTEL AND AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Sadly today we visited the hotel as guest and was told that we couldn’t buy any food or drink. My family including my baby who is under 2 could not have anything to eat or drink as we were told it needed to be on a tab and payments could not be made. The tab can only be taken out if you have a room number. I have never known a hotel like it! We travelled all the way from the Cypriot side and really needed to get some lunch! Was made to feel like we were not welcome. Very appalling. I can’t understand why and how they can treat people like that! We will not be visiting or choosing to stay here sadly. When we were parking they were evening telling us that we couldn’t park in a disabled bay even though we had a disabled badge! They felt the need to question us before even going in to the hotel.

Odalardaki banyonun hijyenliği baya kötü durumdaydı. Havlular sararmıştı. Kahvaltı salonundaki tabakların da temizliği vasattı. Kahvaltı da çeşitlilik yoktu. Yataklar maalesef boyun fıtığımı azdırdı. Sadece tek bir olumlu şey söyleyebilirim. Konumu! Deniz şezlongları bile yetersizdi.

Otelde temizlik çalışanları ile ilgili çok büyük sorunlar var oda temizliği istediğinizde üfleyip pufluyorlar be hiç güzel temizlik yapamıyorlar yabancı olan kişilerden bahsediyorum. Aşırı kaba davranıyorlar suratları asık ve çok mutsuzlar. yine aynı şekilde kahvaltı çok yetersiz ve çok lezzetsiz

Merhaba Oteli genel olarak değerlendirmek gerekirse özellikle reception ilgisiz yardımcı olma açısından verimsiz odada prizi normal kullanamıyorsun duş kabini temiz değildi ve musluk çok alçakta . Başlangıçtan sonuna kadar çok kötü bir deneyim yaşadık üzgünüm
