Location. The room had everything I needed

The restaurant was closed. The staff who didnt speak any english never bothered to ask me if I needed help with food like how to operate the vending machine since everything is written in chinese

Номер был с видом на море, современный, чистый, персонал помогал по всем возникающим вопросам и помогал вызывать такси. Останавливались на один день перед вылетом, улетали рано утром, поэтому не попали на завтрак, но уверены, что он был разнообразным и вкусным.

B/fast staff was very helpful and cooperative.

Reception staff was very rude and even then smashed our phone on desk as well and not understanding our requirements. Such a poor customer service where you have 4 star hotel. Never come again here
