There was no bar area or anywhere to relax after being out all day with the kids. Kids breakfast options very limited.

The rooms were clean, location is great for coral island. The public car is very close but £19 for 24hrs £22 for 48hrs but very busy. Decorating throughout was good and carpets and curtains and bedding nice. Nice having a little fridge and tea and coffee in room. Wi-Fi and having en-suite great too

No where suitable to store pushchair had to keep putting it up and down, as a single mum this is difficult. Staff weren’t the most welcoming. The deliver of their rules and their welcome could be worked on as this set the tone for the stay. Staff had been in our room whilst we were out which we didn’t like. Breakfast - we weren’t asked how we liked our eggs and when one person did say that they wanted a hard egg, they got the response we have already cooked it we will do one tomorrow. They didn’t seem to do anything above or beyond for their customers. The atmosphere was a bit uneasy being watched when we were eating. If we wanted bins emptying in rooms we would have asked it was like they were checking on us. Felt a bit on edge Not enough plugs in room only one spare one as tv kettle and fridge using three out of four so had four phones to charge each night and had to charge a charging bank in day when out to charge one phone over night and unplug TV and kettle every night to charge phones and then plug back in in the morning which was a bit annoying.

Great location. I take that back! Absolutely rude owners. Calling us drunk & disgusting is totally unprofessional!!!!! The first night was the only night we drank alcohol. And we were not drunk nor disgusting!!!!! In fact I left the room immaculate. Yes i dropped the room key on the first night but thats no reason to insult paying guests for something like that!!!! If you know the shower has a poor output then improve your facilities!!!!!!

Miserable owner (man) Shower output was abysmal and the room was cramped with very outdate furniture and the smell of wet dog as soon as you entered through the door. NOT HAPPY YOU INSULT GUESTS THAT LEAVE YOU HONEST REVIEWS!!!!!!!!

Good location and price, clean

Owner texting me asking me time we checking in and then asking me to do it by 2pm!? (Said 5pm on booking.com) Never have I had this from other places. Bed was uncomfortable could feel springs in both beds. Didn’t feel very welcome by owners when there and raw mushrooms with cooked ones!
