Montgomery Hotel

Spotlessly clean and the hosts were very accommodating, allowed early check in from 10am which is great as most places check in is after 4pm. The room we booked had 2 double beds and an en-suite, tea and coffee making facilities and plenty of storage for clothes, wardrobe and chest of draws.

Hospitality was shocking. Would have been nice to be greeted with a smile. On booking in we were asked if we wanted to reserve breakfast, we didn't have any cash on us but were told we could still reserve and pay when we had breakfast.. when we went for breakfast we were told we hadn't reserved and hadn't paid, the gentleman was very rude saying this in front of other diners. I think on the website it should state you can only pay using a debit card and that breakfast is cash only.

Room was too small, shower didn’t work, bar wasn’t open!

The staff were lovely and the room was clean and tidy. Perfectly located right by the Tower.

The mattress was a little soft, but that's more a personal thing.the kids said there's were comfy.

Owners were so lovely! The room was clean and tidy, fabulous breakfast, convenient location.

The walls are very, very thin. We were able to hear every single word people in the room next to us were saying.

Firstly the location was very good. The staff were lovely very welcoming. Clean & tidy, had everything we needed. Will love to return

The curtain were a little see through as the sun rose.
