Staybridge Suites Montgomery - Downtown by IHG

I liked the location

The only thing we didn't like was the rock hard beds. We was sore from sleeping in them.

Room was canceled without notification

Registered late at night, very friendly, helpful staff. Bed was comfortable and clean. Off street parking, safe and secure. Would definitely stay here again.

Our room had a large refrigerator. Immediately after entering, I discovered that it didn't work. I called the front desk to inform them. They said no one was there to fix it and would have to wait until next morning. 5:30 the next day, still had not been addressed. I went back to the front desk and told them. Immediately, they moved us to another room with a working (very well) refrigerator. They should have done that in the first place!! Overall, the issue was solved, but it took 24 hours and 2 complaints.

Clean facilities, great breakfast.

Some of the staff were rude and seemed extremely bothered if you asked questions or needed something for your room.
