Das Zimmer war super gemütlich und hatte alles, was man braucht. Die Lage ist top, man kommt überall schnell hin. Insgesamt habe ich mich sehr wohlgefühlt und würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

Everything was much more better than expected. It's very good value for money, very excellent staff and friendly staff. Water park was great, good location as well.

Die Unterkunft sah genauso aus wie auf den Bildern, einfach traumhaft. Die Aussicht war unglaublich schön. Unser Zimmer war perfekt und hatte einen tollen Blick auf den Pool und die Berge. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Nothing. This is the first time I've been so disappointed with everything.

One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The only positive thing about this hotel is its location, which is surrounded by greenery and has potential. Unfortunately, everything else was a complete disappointment. I booked a two-night stay with breakfast included, but when I arrived, I was told that breakfast was not part of my reservation. Instead of trying to help, the reception staff laughed at me and treated the situation unprofessionally. The cleanliness of the hotel was unacceptable. From the reception area to the room, everything looked neglected. There were cigarette butts, dirt, and trash on the stairs, and our room was dirty when we checked in. It was obvious that proper cleaning and maintenance were not a priority. To make matters even worse, there was no internet access during our stay. In today’s world, this is a basic service that guests should be able to rely on. I would never stay at this hotel again and I would not recommend it to anyone. A good location alone cannot make up for poor customer service, lack of cleanliness, and missing basic amenities. Save your money and choose another place.

Everything was really good

J’ai passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel était vraiment accueillant, sympathique et toujours prêt à aider. La vue depuis l’hôtel était magnifique, surtout au lever et au coucher du soleil. La chambre était confortable et l’ambiance générale très agréable. Je recommande cet hôtel à tous ceux qui recherchent un endroit relaxant avec une vue exceptionnelle.

Room was big, balcony was nice with a good view of the neighborhood, the room i was given was a little to the far side of the hotel but lovely overall and the dinner was great
