Amazing location near the cathedral and city center! Great views to the cathedral from the terrace. Very friendly, responsive host. Very spacious, quiet, and secure apartment. Apartment was also well equipped, including a washing machine and drying rack.

The mattress didn’t offer much support and needs replacing.

Plenty of space, nicely decorated, spacious patio/balcony with partial view of the Giralda Tower. Five minutes away from the cathedral. Great central location.

A new bed is necessary. The mattress is very soft and the bed frame is creaky and noisy when you move. Not typical of other places that we have stayed. After 10 plus hours exploring this great city, a comfortable bed is a welcome relief. We had a large outdoor patio but unfortunately there weren't any chairs or a table where we could sit and enjoy a beautiful Sevilla fall evening.

One of our favorite flats! So easy access to everywhere! We love the terrace especially 2nd one on the higher top where we can see the city surrounding!

Location, location.Nicely painted and furnished with comfortable chairs .Lift takes you right outside your door.A great wee grocery shop across from the apartment.Nice tapas bars beside apartment.Great views AMAZING VERANDAH(although full of weeds in the boxes).The man who answered my requirements was polite and quick Although he couldn't help. The place was very peaceful..Great large fridge and freezer although the freezer had to be chipped of ice before use.Near tram stop and taxi rank.This apartment could EASILY be 10 out of 10 but it's obvious that the owner has left it to an agency to run.

Mattress SHOCKING! Springs sticking out.Five nights disturbed sleep.Verandah, although massive with a great view, was unkempt with dead weeds and a broken marble tabletop.This was very heavy and dangerous if it fell on a child or your foot.We hardly used the verandah as there was no parasol and 35 degrees heat required this.There were two flat bumpy pillows only (one each) and two uncovered ones in the wardrobe.When I requested two pillow slips I was told that I should have requested them before arrival Really! If there are two spare pillows then there should be slips for them.The two bath towels were TINY(fit for a skinny teenager) and we only had one each for five nights.We had to boil them at 60 degrees along with the one bath mat.Not very environmental friendly. The shower curtain was hopeless.The woodwork and shelves were dusty.Training required re. staff. No welcome pack eg. biscuits, water. As I am in the same business as they are perhaps these negatives should be taken seriously.I would not allow the above points to happen So, sorry for being honest but if you want to have an amazing apartment then it could easily be that as it has true potential.As per the positive points that I mention in the other box.

Superb location to all attractions and sights. Love the big terrace and privacy. The host was very responsive. Check in was super easy.

The bed is not very comfortable but it's ok for a few days.

The King bed was wonderful. The bathroom was wonderful. The kitchen was wonderful. Washer and dryer wonderful. The response time when had questions was wonderful.

It was noisy when the bars and resturants closed and folks were walking outside. The window shutters to the inside courtyard didn't close all the way so light came through during the night. We stuffed pillows in the space and that helped.
