O hotel está bem localizado, próximo ao centro e ao parque. O hotel também possui estacionamento o que é um diferencial. No corredor do hotel havia bebedouro de água gelada gratuita.

A cama de casal eram duas camas de solteiro juntas, totalmente desconfortável para dormir. O café da manhã sem variedade alguma, só haviam pães.
