The hotel has a good location for the beach. The swimming pool is very clean and good. All staff are very friendly and helpful.

The restaurant menu is terrible and is only for visitors from Turkey. I had to find a nearby restaurants and have dinners there. Also, I can hardly can find acceptable to see a waiter combing his hair in the restaurant during breakfast and employees joining guests during breakfast or dinner.

After reading the 1 star review titled "Titan Tours" and how awful it was we were very concerned about these comments. Thankfully we had the most wonderful time. Our rep Danuta was informative and caring meeting us at the airport and being with us all thru the holiday....38 of us in all. Hotel was lovely and staff very polite, couldn't fault them. Poolside great too as was the beach. The tours with Titan were very good. We couldn't of done all of them on our own. The only negative was the food, repetitive and not very interesting oh and the weather....phew so hot but hey how can u control that!!!!

Avoid! 4* hotel with 1* service! Be prepared for an unpleasent stay. Stayed here for 1 week with Titan holidays in the more upmarket Denizkizi Royal. On check-in given a standard twin room in the main building rather than a sea view double in Royal, which was booked. Duty manager reluctant to change it but eventually did. Kept awake every night with loud music (excruciatingly loud on Saturday) from nearby Red Lion pub. Mediocre hot food unlabelled and tasteless in main restaurant. Indifferent management unreceptive to any problems epitomizes this place.
