The rooms were beautiful and immaculate, the location was perfect and the food was wonderful. The staff were so polite and helpful.

The ladies serving breakfast were very friendly and helpful. Also on reception

Tinned peaches for breakfast everyday did not meet expectation. The staff serving in the evening were slow and not as friendly, having to pay for every order as you ordered was irksome but I can understand why it was needed

The breakfast and some prices let the place down. First breakfast the beans were cold like just taken out of a tin Second breakfast this time ordered without beans. The toast was any cold. No air-conditioning .

Location, facilities. The resturant was excellent and the people very helpful - they went out of their way to help. Food was very good.

Did not realise you had to ask for daily cleaning People downstairs could hear us when we moved or moved furniture (like a chair to the table).

Room size and bed size both excellent.

We need a walk-in shower and judging by the age of the other guests, so will many of them. Dining arrangements not up to the level of the accommodation.
