"Never coming back"

The bed was comfy and the room was ok

The staff was very rude and not helpful at all. They charged us a 100$ fee at check-in with no previous notice. Staff extremely rude to women until male partner came. We also spent 30 minutes at the bar before having our order taken, despite asking multiple times. It then took the drinks a further 30 mins to arrive because they forgot to send the order, and the bartender was more interested in helping their friends than serving customers.

"Hidden fees and really uncomfortable beds"

Its a cool atmosphere. More like a club than a hotel.

The ad is very misleading. You pay for parking 40 a day. The breakfast is 30 a day. Drinks are very expensive. The bed was stiff and the bathroom door only closed halfway.

"Nice modern hotel with weird crowd"

I like the amenities and decor. Clean, modern and fun. Lot of fun games and outdoor area was great.

The late night vibe was weird. Loud dj music with what I felt like was people there who were not guests. Music was till 1am. Bar open even later. With that being said, we could not hear it in our room. It’s was really strange crowd. Bar tenders were not attentive. In our room the toilet set was broken. We were given a voucher for breakfast in connecting AC hotel. We did the buffet. It was just ok. Breakfast sausages were cold, muffins dry.
