In complete shock at the nightmare stay here. It was problem after problem - first the hotel staff cannot speak any english, and did not understand that I had 2 separate bookings, I tried to pay for 4 nights but they would only let me pay for 1 until they had discussed with the manager. Then I was followed into my room with a creepy guy who would not leave and came back to take pictures of my ‘beautiful’ passport photo at 1am? Extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable as a solo female. The next day, I was awoken at 8am (after getting in at 1am) by 3 calls and knocks at the door that didn’t make any sense (apparently a mix up with another room..). Then, my room smelt like petrol fumes, causing a migraine, they were helpful in changing the room only for that room to smell like pure cigarette smoke later in the night (supposed to be non smoking). I had not been asked to pay for the remaining 3 nights yet, in regular contact with the hotel manager. Then I asked the hotel manager for a later checkout or discounted rate because of these inconveniences, he threatened that I needed to check out immediately (with staff knocking on my door / calling), because I hadn’t paid, despite my willingness to pay and this being because of staff incompetence/misunderstanding on check-in (note: the staff knocking were trying to resolve the smoke issue from 12 hours ago…). It was a complete nightmare, I’m glad the hotel manager made me leave so I could move to a much better (same price) hotel!!!

Cleanliness.... Overall experience

In the bathroom... The shower and toilet needs to be separated by a curtain or something so that the toilet is not in complete shambles.

Rooms are very clean and showers are separated with a glass wall. Water is hot. Very nice and at the same time well distanced stuff. As Europeans would like 👌. Beds are soft. Basically good sleep quality. Accommodation is close to city center, but outside in a calm area.

We could solve the issue with them easily and that was great. During our first visitation there were renovation works and it was noisy in the later morning. But for our second stay we talked about this issue and got a room in a different stage. Sleep during the second stay was great.

Communication difficult. Room cleaning is unpredictable. The location is bad.
