"Room is VERY small, facilities are old and no accessibility facilities."

It's quite clean and tidy.

The room is VERY small. Two beds and a desk basically take up the entire room space and there's no extra room left. Moreover, the accessible facility is terrible. You need to climb two separate stairs In order to get access to your room. As I injured my leg and relied on wheelchair, it's so hard live here.

The property is well run. They were there for every request I made. Downside, if any, buildings around are not well kept but it is safe to walk and within meters from the malecon
