Hotel Yaxactun

Bastante bien, pero no lo recomendaría si quieren privacidad, todo se escucha de recepción, de afuera, de los demás cuartos, hasta los ronquidos de la persona de arriba, la secadora por la mañana, limpieza de piscina, todo se escucha, no dudo que sea lo mismo de adentro hacia afuera. Por demás, cómodo y ameno, a 3 cuadras del malecón.

Very nice hotel. We stayed in the business room so lots of outlets which I was happy about. Pool was nice and refreshing. Bed was comfortable but a bit firm. Pillows were nice. Very attractive hotel only two blocks from the beach. Hallways are loud since everything echos. Overall a lovely place to stay and would stay here again.

Comfortable bed, coffee machine, pool view

Room was a little small, but we were only there for 2 nights so was great. Would like a room with a balcony if staying longer.

This is a proper quality hotel with quality furniture & block out curtains Great amenities, pool & service. It also has that special personal touch with a vase of flowers (although plastic), coffee machine & cups...we'll definitely book again. Fabulous.

I had book two rooms. Check in was actually good. When it came to communications the front desk rep, pretty much ignored me because i did not speak Spanish, although i was using Google translate. She would only communicate with my girlfriend. I tried asking questions about the bar that we believed to on property, the desk rep tried sending us as families with kids, to adult bar down the street. This became frustrating as mentioned above, after letting the hotel rep know sevetal times we had children and could not take them to a adult show, and being late at night. There is no on property bars as specifies in Expedia hotel amenities. Therefore we could not enjoy some late evening cocktails. The hotel specifics need to be updated.

Lo único que le falta es un restaurante y el estacionamiento pero el hotel es muy bonito en general, personal muy amable y fácil acceso buena ubicación. En temporadas de frío estaría bien que la alberca estuviera climatizada

Hotel con excelente ubicación, es limpio, cómodo, buena atención. Solo la habitación es muy pequeña.
