The cleanliness was exceptional. Well done to the cleaner. It's near cheap supermarkets and other amenities. Not a busy area.

The terrace is shared between 3 apartments. There can be issues about privacy. Renters can easily go into other apartments should they wish to, with no barriers. I would only add a washing machine, which would make the apartment more complete. No restaurants nearby. You will need a car to go to central Matera
