Easier contact with the management. For such a beautifully designed and appointed property the lack of an actual person to speak to was a let down. Having to travel between the office near the station and back was not easy.

Das Fertigteil Bad hat uns nicht gefallen. Für den Check in muss man erst zu einem anderen Ort in der Nähe des Bahnhofs fahren.

A beautiful and quant Japanese style accomodation. Perfect for Kyoto.
