Based in pictures we were expecting the room little bit bigger than it actaually was.

The hotel was gorgeous throughout, so comfortable & we had a stunning view of the slopes from our balcony which we loved. The food was incredible & the staff were so attentive - a special thank you to Zoltan & Sandra who really looked after us. Highly, highly recommended the half board option although it was a shame the nightly specials option stopped two nights in as we loved this. The dinner dress code was more casual than we expected. There's very little within walking distance but it was about a 15/20 minute walk to the bottom of the gondola & the ski buses were easy to get from there (note - there isn't one to the Hinterglen area). The heated ski lockers were absolutely fabulous & the ski in/ski out location was so convenient - the only thing we did find was the route you have to ski back down to return to the hotel is a very popular one & it became mogul central quite early on in the day so not the nicest ski back. My partner loved the sauna (even if we hadn't quite realised the textile free Austrian culture initially!). A hot tub would have been a much loved addition to this lovely wellness area.

Some matting at the top of the stairs to the ski slope would have been hugely appreciated as this was very icy & we both nearly fell on several occasions! The soundproofing on the interconnecting door in our room was unfortunately very poor, this did bother us quite a bit on our final two nights. A small thing, but we would have really appreciated the room being hoovered once or twice in the week.
