The main pro of the hotel is obviously the location which allows ski in - ski out. The majority of the staff were amazing, some of tge best I ever experienced (especially the kitchen staff). Rooms were nice, comortable beds and nice terrrace. The nature and the peaceful vibe in general is crazy beautiful.

Well, first there is no organized shuttle bus from hotel to anywhere (ski rental, bus station...) and the hotel itself is pretty dislocated in terms of it is in a village, so if u do not have a car you cannot move (especially in the snow). There are taxis, but they are really expensive (and I found them to be less expensive when I called random numbers from internet than when hotel reception did). That being said, it is a huge con that there is no ski rental in the hotel or within a walking distance, makes it super complicated when u want to return skiis, etc. Another thing is pretty random, but really surprised us - you don't have and cannot get your bathrobes in ur room, but only at the reception. Again, pretty weird, especially when u want to go to the spa after a long day of skiing. There are no cocktails at the hotel bar.

Moderní vybavené pokoje s kuchyní, na pokoji kávovar Nespresso a každý den nám doplňovali kapsle a mlíčka, to byla paráda, vůbec jsme to nečekali, milý personál, výborné snídaně, hotel hned u sjezdovky.. u kabinky a pro děti poma. Měli jsme objednané studio, ale dali nám zdarma apartmán s jedním pokojem a velikou terasou s výhledem na svah, to bylo skvělé. Možnost zaparkovat auto do kryté garáže. Wellness zóna také fajn, téměř vždycky tam bylo prázdno. Ke každému apartmánu je jedna zamykatelná skřínka v lyzarne, kde je prostor na lyže a vyhřívané tyče na boty. Určitě bychom se vrátili 👌🏼.

Moc se nám pobyt líbil, ale postele byly hrozně měkké a nepohodlné. V pokojích je podlahové topení, které nám nešlo ztlumit a v noci nám bylo moc horko. V kuchyni je myčka na nádobí, ale nejsou tam tablety a ani houbičku a jar na nádobí jsme nenašli 😄.

Das Hotel ist übersichtlich also nicht zu groß und hat einen sehr guten und aufmerksamen Service. Es war alles sauber (keine Staub und Schmutz zu finden). Das Essen hat eine sehr gute Qualität und schmeckt super lecker. Das Frühstück glänzt mit frisch zubereiteten Eierspeisen und pancakes die an den Tisch gebracht werden sowie frischen Obst und Gebäck am Buffet. Die Karte beim Abendessen wurde während unseren Aufenthalt nicht gewechselt aber es gibt eine gute Auswahl. Das Personal an der Rezeption war wirklich hilfsbereit und schnell wenn wir z.B. Badetücher benötigen oder für einen Ausflugtipp angefragt haben.
