The first room was terrible. Fridge and tv didn’t work, towels were all stained very disappointed. But the night staff made it right, moved to a better room. Initially staff said that was the only room available for reservation for third party. Dissatisfied with Expedia

I like that the staff took immediate action when I went into my original room, and it was a clear smell of cigarette smoke. They apologize and immediately got me into another room, which really meant a lot because I have been traveling from out of state all day and need to get up early to attend my sons graduation And also they gave me a free water for my inconvenience so that was nice

Just making sure after the house, cleaners clean the rooms at the management or someone else staff goes in and check to make sure the room doesn’t smell like smoke.

The hotel was very clean, it was quiet and comfortable. The front desk girl was very pleasant. They even offer paper plates and forks. Breakfast was very good, only wish it was offer little earlier since the boys ball game was really early. The room service was done quick too. We were out by 7:30am for the ball games, came back after 2:30p and the room was clean for us, they even help us take our last night dinner trash out.
