Thr feel of the farm, the abimal feeding for kids, playground and location for lots of trips

The games room could do with a little tlc

The property was cosy and had everything you needed for a nice stay. Upstairs are 3 rooms; one room is right at the back and you had to go through the first room to reach it so maybe not so suitable when Friends stay together but for a family it was perfect.

It would have been great to have a welcome note which contains certain information and the WiFi password for ease. We did eventually find it in front of the laundry room.

Games room and tennis courts, nice small playground for younger children

Kitchen roll in the kitchen, bread knife or serrated knife. Instructions for the hot water which were easier to find - we ran out of hot water.

Location

The stones on the gravel path were large and uncomfortable to walk on ( especially for the dogs

Perfect getaway for a family with a young child. The farm is small yet charming. It doesn’t try to be anything other than a simple getaway and it works perfectly,

The property was great everything we needed and more

Games room could do with a makeover apart from that no issues
