GBThe location was a two minute walk to the beach and less than 5 minute walk to a tram stop excellent. Off street parking was available just around the corner on the church car park £7 for 24 hours which is great value. The breakfast was piping hot and lovely. The host was very helpful and catered for both my son and our dog. Excellent service.
GBGreat location, comfy beds, nice and clean. It was my little boys birthday and the hotel left some sweets/chocolates and a little happy birthday note which made his day :)

GBHost was informative prior to arrival and On arrival was very friendly and welcoming! Was like home from home 😀 had everything that we needed to stay the night and very comfortable. Was very close to tram line so we could get everywhere without having to take the car.
