Monkham Village Hatyai

Overall experience was good. We love everything there except breakfast, the food was bland, so we decided to skip the second day breakfast and find something else outside the hotel to eat, even though it is already included in our room rate. The male staff at the pool bar could be more friendly but all other staffs are nice and informative. The location is convenient, street food, pharmacy, and mini mart is just behind the hotel. Parking is spacious and available at all times. Definitely, go back again for my next visit to Hat Yai.

Hotel is quite new and hence clean and well-maintained. Rooms are beautifully appointed and the shower area is ingeniously designed. It even comes with Grohe rain showers, further enhancing our stay. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Hotel was an easy and affordable Grab ride of around 10 to 20 mins to most attractions. Only con we found was the variety of breakfast spread, which was rather lacklustre, thus we skipped it to find external alternatives.

A very new hotel, many TukTuk and Van driver don't know about them yet. Wave & Grab only detected address without showing hotel name, but Grab driver can always find us by follow map, so it's not a matter. Everything look as beautiful as the photos, super-duper clean, and smells fragrant everywhere. All receptionist are very polite and helpful in every way. (Sorry for teasing Ayvii a lot, she's just too cute) Hotel location is excellent, convenience and centralized. 2 minutes walk to 7-11 (through hotel parking) 2 minutes walk to Bar (don't know their english name but looks good) 6 minutes walk to Local Edition Bar 7 minutes walk to Sitthara Spa 19 minutes walk to Post Laser Disc Pub & Restaurant (it's neighbour of Lee Garden & Odean shopping mall) Driving to Central Festival Mall, Greenway Night Market, Eighteen Nineteen are not too far also. (Walking distance within 30 minutes, if you don't mind to walk) Although this hotel is also super near to the famous Kiss Channel Pub, which only 4 minutes walking distance, but i'm not recommend to go there. Kiss Channel only suitable for tourist uncle aunty, charges is high and it has nothing different but a 'Thai Disco' in Malaysia. The swimming pool with little bar in the water is to die for! I miss my pool side breakfast a lot. Can't recommend highly enough for this hotel. Me and friends will definitely visit this hotel again if we ever come to Hat Yai. The cleanest of the hotel and friendly staffs.a resort feel environments rooms with balconies over looking the pool. You feel very relax.

The hotel is a beautiful hotel new with a good pool. But still a work in in progress in training and other half of the hotel is still under construction. The hotel didn't have a gym yet a big downer. The service and staff was kind, helpful, and good. The location was close enough the the center of Hat Yai. But I had some issues. First is that when I booked the room it is written the checkout was 2pm. But the staff told my wife if was 1pm when it was about 1:30pm already. It made her look bad. And they don't have scale to measure weight of luggage. But at the price point that I paid I would expect so. I booked the room with pool access which was awesome. For now this hotel still have to work many things out. For the price now. I can't recommend for now. Maybe when the hotel is finished construction and many things worked out I might come back. I will keep a eye out on my next trip.

New hotel, very clean and great value for the money.

This hotel understands the needs of their guests. The extended breakfast hours, the pool closing times, and the late check-out helped us get everything done that we wanted out of our holiday. The amazing design, comfort and cleanliness of the rooms make for a relaxing stay. We will be back!

What i loved was the bar at the pool and the room is cozy and classic.. Gives me the old but new feel while staying there..

Best hotel is hatyai as it was brand new. Really hope we able to use the private pool after swimming hours as we spend so much to book the suite.
