"RUDE BREAKFAST ATTENDANT"

KARLA, the breakfast server was rude and NOT VERY ACCOMMODATING!!!! As a guest, I should be comfortable and satisfied with my stay. But this breakfast server was just rude when I had taken a few of the “paper plates” to my room due to I cannot use the plates they had in the room coz I have arthritis on my hands & it’s easier & convenient for myself to use the paper plates. She reported to the General Manager that I had taken plates & told me to talk to the GM which the GM told me that they “monitor” all the items they have at the breakfast area. I have never this kind of problem at other hotels & the way KARLA, the breakfast server could’ve approached me with a kind & nicer way but if were a manager at an establishment like this I would te-train their employees on how to provide a satisfactory customer service!

"Nice kitchenette, a few things need improvement "

We asked for a roll in shower but didn't get one. Decided not to cause a fuss. We thought the property would have a hot tub but it only has a small pool that goes from 3-5 feet. The kitchenette was nice and I was able to prepare food. However, both the paper towels and toilet paper were really thin/cheap. They have Dove products which are nice but they should have filled the body wash before our stay.

Very nice hotel. Super friendly staff. Pretty decent breakfast. Had scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, waffles, cereal, yogurt, bagels, several options. The fire pit at night was nice. We had the suite with the kitchen. The bed and pillows were amazing! Even the pull out couch bed was comfy. The kitchen was fully stocked with plates, silverware, pots, pans, everything you need. The shower had great water pressure. I would definitely recommend this hotel

Stayed with family for 8 days. Room was spacious and clean. Staff were nice and friendly. Breakfast had plenty of options and free happy hour really hit the spot. We are defintely coming back.
