every time i go they have the worst internet connection

i had already register a complain on the customer service regarding how perverted the manger was. how he tried to push the door and get in the room. And the way he talked and the behaviour of the staff toward us.

I didn't like anything there. The Manager misbehaved. Food not bad. But, shabby place. Kind of homestay. Lot of rules which they change according to their wish. It cannot be called as hotel. I will never book fab hotels. I thought it was a renowned chain of hotels and would be pleasant stay.

I was travelling to Noida for the first time for official purpose. I booked my stay in this building for one week(I don't want to call it as a hotel) as I saw good reviews in booking.com and Google. To be honest, you can call it a homestay or a PG instead of hotel. It is owned by a Punjabi family who stay in the same building. It is located in a residential area. The manager initially told me he is gonna give me the best available room. When i entered, it was shabby and understood that it was not worth the money. Half of the payment was already taken by then. I didnt have any other choice as the place was new and it was too late. They said, there is a balcony available with the room which is very beautiful, AC is there, TV is there as if I was first seeing all those. As i smoke, i asked them if smoking is allowed. They said, it is allowed and you can smoke in the room and balcony(They told later smoking in balcony not allowed). Then i went out for buying the cigarette after finishing the check-in formality. The main door was locked. When i knocked, they opened after 1 minute. I asked if it will be closed like this. They said, it will be closed, but, there is no restrictions, you can come in and go out any time. Then the first day, i took complete rest. From the next day, the real scenarios started.. You know, I have paid a very huge amount for one week ie around Rs. 20000 . I was feeling hungry by night 10 and ordered in swiggy somethng.. It was delayed and till 11:50 PM i was waiting for food. After the food got delivered, when i tried to get it, the main door was locked already & i knocked. The hotel manager came to open.. then, he threatened me that at night 12 the main door will be locked and if I have to get in, I have to get in before that. Even during morning time, the main door will be locked up and you will have to wait for someone to open it up and it is too frustrating.
