Quiet.

Low standard of cleanliness! Animal poops on drive/walkway areas. I had to clean kitchen, lounge barhrooms before we used them & sanitised surfaces & knobs, toilets ect (it was so dirty & grose & I had to buy new dishcloth & scrubber (as the items were disgusting dirty)!! I wasn't happy with the standards of cleaning here. Was a shame, it could be a really lovely home away from home otherwise!

We liked the location right by the beach. Nice little garden, probably nicer in summer but it was still nice to spend the afternoon on the veranda and eat cake.

Not enough room at the table for six people. Quite noisy due to proximity to the airport

"This property is good for small family on a budget staying short term."

The property is quite central to Nelson City and surrounding suburbs. Very close to the airport, Tahuna beach and nature world. The property was very well equipped for winter with a heater in the bathroom, heated towel racks, air conditioning in the lounge room and electric blankets in all beds. The kitchen is very practical with all the kitchen essentials toaster, kettle and electric stove top and oven. The property also has a laundry with a second toilet and washing machine. The property has a fully functioning wifi and a backyard.

Had a few issues with birds in the roof and walls making noises at the early hours of the morning. The property shares its driveway with 2 other properties, which are long term tenants. One of the tenants has a few cats which actually defecate under the carport forcing us to park the car outside, as you could not avoid stepping in their droppings. The property is extremely close to the airport and planes are constantly coming and going from around 4:30am to 10:00pm
