Scrambled eggs at breakfast were a little dry. No milk in breakfast tea basket.

A lovely old building with great character. Spacious and comfortable room. Immaculate bathroom. Lovely owners

Large, clean family room with a double bed, sofa & desk in the main room and a bunk bed in the annexe. Tea, coffee & biscuits plus a large en-suite shower room & toilet. Large tv, plenty of sockets for charging. Car park in front & a convenient location for Hay. Our second year staying.

Shampoo & shower gel were provided but room was missing some touches, like tissues or bathroom spray. The cooked breakfast wasn't great, so I kept to toast after the first day. Service was very accommodating though, and appreciated the tea/coffee. Dated hotel but clean and welcoming.

Beautiful, clean and comfortable rooms. Great cooked breakfast in the morning, and top-notch hospitality from the owner! Highly recommend.
