Best B&B of our whole Sicily trip! Super cozy and clean! Francesca is a perfect host! We really enjoyed our talks in the morning with her. Only B&B where we had a real breakfast.

Very clean. Very helpful and responsive host. Good, complete continental breakfast. Quiet residential neighbourhood relatively close to historic centre

Nothing big. May be fact airco temp is preset and can’t be changed and it would be useful to have a space to put used cutlery/glasses in the kitchen outside of breakfast time

Des chambres spacieuses et confortables. Trés propre. Francesca est aux petits soins, de trés bon conseils et trés arrangeante. Le bnb est au calme mais prés du centre. Excellent rapport qualité prix

"Fantastic host, Very clean B&B Enjoyed our stay, would defo use again, and would recommend to others"

Breakfast was typical Sicilian , fresh and plentiful , Location was a good 20 min walk into the centre, which was ok. Our host was very nice, Friendly, helpful with info on transport, places to see etc. stored our luggage on the last day. Very clean rooms ,Communication was great which made everything easy.

"Very satisfactory brief stay in Palermo"

Francesca is a lovely host and very accommodating. The place is basically a flat that has been converted into separate private rooms. So expect to be living side-by-side with your neighbours. I had a really good stay and found the place to be well-located, comfortable, and excellent value for money. Breakfast was nice too – truly Sicilian.

It’s just the noise of the front door and the other rooms that meant I needed earplugs to sleep

"Excellent accommodation offering high standard B&B"

The accommodation is easily one of the smartest and most stylish of places offering B&B. Based in a typical Palermo building as soon as we entered we were impressed. Everything has been well planned and carefully designed for comfort and pleasure. Very clean and well cared for. Francesca is kind and friendly, nothing is too much trouble.

Location was a little bit disappointing as it was rather dirty and tatty in the area, but authentic Palermo. We could soon walk to the centre and all the good historical sites.
