A very beautiful hotel in a classic style. Everything is in great condition and looks just like in the pictures. Very clean. It was very convenient that there was a kitchen, so we could make breakfast there. The location is convenient, close to the central station. It was also good to get a private parking from the hotel for the extra cost, as it's difficult to find a place for the car nearby (however, keep in mind that you have to walk from the parking lot to the hotel, about 5-10 minutes, so it's best to unload your luggage first and then park). There was some miscommunication with the owner about the documents at first, but everything was resolved positively.

l'ubicazione è ottima, si trova vicinio a La Spezia Centrale, nonostante quando vai in vacanza (almeno io) l'idea e girare e non rimanere nella stanza, la stanza era grande, aveva un balcone che dava a una strada tranquilla (non si sentiva rumore). La pulizia e stata ottima, il bagno funzionava bene, l'acqua calda era perfetta, c'era un frigorifero piccolo. Solo ci sono parole positive per questo posto.

Tutto è stato ottimo.

조식은 근처 Bar 이용권을 제공합니다. 커피와 빵을 먹을 수 있어요. 위치는 La Spezia Centrale역과 충분히 가까웠고 무엇보다 시내 중심가와 붙어있어서 좋았어요. 저녁에 거리를 걸으며 구경하는 재미도 있고 맛집들도 많이 있었어요. 객실은 청결했고 직원의 안내와 설명 또한 매우 만족스러웠습니다.

El desayuno en un bar cercano, buenísimo. El apartamento muy céntrico y cerca de la estación central

No info sent about checkin process ahead. No one picked up the phone when we arrived - had us waiting for over 45 min before someone answered the phone and we got instructions with access codes sent.
