We have stayed there for a week with a family with two little kids. The location is just perfect, 5 mins from the railway station, all the major museums and parks within a walking access, public transport stations are close to home and take you anywhere you need, plus the stop of the city tour bus is also close to home. We could not find the better place to watch the city with two little kids. Although the flat is not freshly renovated, it has absolutely everything needed, bathroom were very good, in the kitchen there was all necessary and what was very important in autumn - it had central heating and it was very warm in the flat. Around there are plenty of food shops and cafes. The district is very calm and safe despite the vicinity of the railway station, it was a good surprise. We would definitively stay here another time if we return to Madrid.
