Very spacious flat, well equipped, nicely located - just a five minute walk from all the main attractions of the city. Washington and his team are very welcoming and helpful. Assisted us with all the question we had - even parked our car free of charge for two nights. Definitely recommend

It would be great to have more stable Wi-Fi

Location, mattress, communication with host.

Heating was only available in the living room,but it was not enough for the bedrooms and bathrooms. For the duration of our stay there was no water at all during the early morning hours. So people could not go at the toilet! The time was usually between 2-4:30am, but in Cusco most of the important tours start very early, so this was very inconvenient for us. However our host informed us thatcthere was a problem in the area, and potentially they were turning off the water at those certain hours.

Really friendly people! We stayed 8 nights in total but had problems in our apartment, the next day (after mentioning) we were transferred to another one (same building). That apartment was way better! Comfortable beds Location is nice

In the first apartment (3 nights) was really below standard: no kitchen supplies (like a cutting board), glasses etc were not clean, bedsheets had spots, mold in the bathrooms (1 of the 2 so bad that it really smelled bad and it’s unhealthy to be). Extremely noisy

Perfect place and location for 5 of us to enjoy a few nights in Cusco before doing the Inca trail. Washington is so helpful, recommended a great restaurant and supermarket and very grateful to him for storing our luggage while we were away. Beds were so comfortable! Thank you, it was a great start to our Peru experience.

The beds they were fabulous. Best part of the place.

Did not have much toilet paper, bathroom floor slippery and the bathroom had a musty smell. Also the couches were not comfortable at all.

The location is not bad and the apartment is reasonable spacious. Good for folks on budget

This review is for the apartment on the first floor. As we noticed other apartments in the upper floors. The apartment is located on Pantaq calle, Which is a little cobbled inclined street off the main drag Recoleta. Recoleta is a narrow cobbled street that can be hard to walk on at times because the sidewalks are only a foot wide on both sides of the street. And cars literally drive by only a couple of inches away from you. This may be another consideration if you have small children with you. The beds were incredibly comfortable and super clean. Also plenty of warm blankets. Truly some of the most comfortable beds we have experienced anywhere in the world. Washington, the owner was super nice and attentive to all of our needs. He is very fluent in english and has a wealth of information for the area. He even showed us where to get a great meal. The apartment is a good five blocks from the main plaza so if the height affects you that may be another consideration. For us everything was within walking distance between a 3 to 10 minute walk. On the main street Recoleta, There are two bodegas, two laundry services, tour operators, a great pizzeria, two bakeries, four restaurants and drug Store San Gregorio all within 400 feet of apartments. Overall, a comfortable and very secure apartment.

The noise. There was a neighbor lady, not inside the Samaná house, who was screaming, fighting and arguing all the time. At least three times around 7am. And barking dogs!!!
