"Beautiful location and friendly staff, but overall poor value for money"

Pleasant atmosphere Amazing views from the room Friendly staff (specially Catherine, who was lovely and very helpful throughout our stay)

The hot water wasn’t actually hot — at best, it was lukewarm. The bathroom was not very clean. The mosquito net had holes. The food portions were quite small. The door to our room didn’t close properly. The price of bottled water was more expensive than a 5-star hotel in Uganda (literally) Overall, the value for money is not competitive when compared to similar-range accommodations Uganda.

"Amazing place to stay not far from the National Park"

Stayed in one of the front cabins overlooking the valley below and what a view. Staff were so friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. Food was delicious and they helped organise a safari to the national park.

"Amazing place"

This was our favourite accommodation on the whole trip in Uganda. The staff were excellent and so friendly, they were very attentive and made us feel at home immediately and the views over the savannah watching elephants walk by was something I'll never forget. Thank you all at Pumba Safari Cottages
